Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:No reason for negativity

RE:RE:No reason for negativityAPH has no credibility left, we are almost 2 months since short attack and still waiting for a rebuttal. how long will this take? 4 months?

ridiculous and unprofessional, this shouldnt take longer than two weeks, unless it is a shyt show which seems to be the case.

lets hope someone takes charge of APH and starts to restore order starting with kicking out fat lazy vic

You need to give them a chance to ripen before you can enjoy them.

The special committee in charge of delivering the rebuttal doesn't have to wait until they are ready to present a monumental tome of a response. They can easily break it down into manageable bites for the market. The premiere outstanding issue is did Aphria overpay for the LATAM holdings? That should be easy enough to solve by reviewing all the documents at the time of the purchase. Once that is addressed go on to the next point in order of importance. They need to move things along smartly as every day they delay is hurting the company's credibility.
