Fairness of brokers!

Fairness of brokers!
My broker trades against me. Again this morning: I put a bid to buy CLIQ at $4.82, but my broker filled me instantly with 7300 shares at $4.81 and 700 at $4.80! Furtunately, CLIQ is now trading at $4.91! Useless to say that the brokers are not always on the right side!
