Agreed. I'm just about break even as well on paper, but for those of us that have stuck through the last few difficult months, finally good to see macro news that is positive for the sector coupled to clearly there is attention (new?) on the stock. Maybe we'll see another run up into the .30s heading into month end.

Time will tell, but a good day for investors.
