RE:RE:PL has been gone now for over a monthWell said Drybones.  Your point about the CFO leaving, I hadn't considered.  That would not be good.  I believe one left 3 or 4 years back.  The deafening silence from Prometic is a concern.  Contacting Fred is not reliable. For years he has been dishing out PR news and holding our hand all the way down in share price....who needs more of that!
