GWO sells some US life insurance assets
Sold for below what gwo carries these on its books for and so GWO  will be writing off some "wooden nickles". ;-) Market does not like this and so stock drops. For GWO  this frees up money to invest elsewhere. For the investor - more buying opportunity and a nice dividend. IMO
