I think rebuttal or report from committe on Monday, 4th Feb or 1st Feb. Because all law suits are due for finding lead platiff by that date. Aphria holding the rebuttal and in my opinion correctly, untill that deadline. HC approval should come very soon. In the meanwhile, GGB offer, which will be rejected for sure, will stablize our SP which is good until we get the good news..
