MONTRAL, Jan. 24, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - LGC Capital Ltd. (TSXV: LG) and (OTC-PINK: LGGCF) ("LGC") is pleased to announce that it has received a binding commitment from Arlington Capital Inc., a private London based investment company for a private placement of 80,000,000 common shares in the capital of LGC at a price of $0.10 per share for aggregate proceeds of $8,000,000

More dilution. McMullan had promised no more dilution and yet....wow we've been duped. Ducky and all the others were not bashers. They were here to warn us about this company and its management. If this ever makes any sort of rebound before going bankrupt, it will be well in the distant future. Until then, and with the hundreds of millions of outstanding shares, it remains very attractive to the traders that continue making money from the +/- 0.005 which to them s/p is irrelevant. The shorters will now be on this like vultures on a carcass and let's see if, going forward, the price can keep its head above $0.04 I feel robbed of my hard earned dollars.
