RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why the selling?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why the selling?Posting my reply from Kelly Castledine from Investor relations on the new distribution schedule.

The distribution schedule has been changed such that the distribution will be paid quarterly. So, the distribution for the first quarter of 2019 (January, February, March), will be paid on June 17 to holders of record on May 31. This has already been declared by the board.

Following this change, here is the expected schedule (with the exception of the first quarter of 2019 which has already been declared):

The first quarter distribution would be declared ~15 days following the end of March (mid April) for the first quarter (January, February, March). The record date would be the last business day of May, payment mid June.

The second quarter distribution would be declared ~15 days following the end of June (mid July) for the second quarter (April, May, June). The record date would be the last business day of August, payment mid September.

The third quarter distribution would be declared ~15 days following the end of September (mid October) for the third quarter (July, August, September). The record date would be the last business day of November, payment mid December.

The fourth quarter distribution would be declared ~15 days following the end of December (mid January) for the fourth quarter (October, November, December). The record date would be the last business day of February 2020, payment mid March 2020.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,
Kelly.
