Invesco Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (the Trust) is a diversified, closed-end management investment trust. The Trust's investment objective is to provide common shareholders with a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax, consistent with preservation of capital. The Trust is focused on investing substantially all of its assets in municipal securities rated investment grade at the time of investment. Municipal securities include municipal bonds, municipal notes, municipal commercial paper and lease obligations. Under normal market conditions, approximately 80% of the Trust’s total assets will be invested in municipal securities. The Trust may invest up to 20% of its total assets in municipal securities rated below investment grade or that are unrated. Invesco Advisers, Inc. serves as its investment advisor.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shares halted for over a month now....yes to the first and to office phone it seems to be fixed as Wade is very resonsive to questions to which he can answer...no directors and no money so far from what little i know
