He's just stating a FACT that there WON'T be a total of 12 MONTHS DISTRIBUTIONS PAID IN FISCAL YEAR 2019. 

You are correct, after the MID JUNE PAYOUT OF A QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION, the following distribution pay outs will be three months apart. 

Figure it out.
