THC Biomed buys Kelowna strata lot for $450,779
THC PURCHASES AN ADDITIONAL LOT IN ITS CURRENT KELOWNA LOCATION
 
THC Biomed Intl Ltd. has purchased an additional strata lot in the industrial complex in Kelowna it currently occupies. THC also announced the purchase of additional strata units in this building in December, October and June, 2018. THC purchased this property as a part of its expansion plan due to a high demand for its products.
 
The purchase price was $440,000 plus fees and taxes, for a total of $450,779.69. THC purchased the strata lot for cash and did not require a mortgage.
