RE:RE:Valuation?Sounds like you understand the math on this one mario. I also get the same numbers as you. It is like recieving a 16 cent bonus for every share we own. Its a bit like an IPO in the way it is valued so it will open trading with a 35Mil market cap and then once trading begins then the market will put their own valuation on it. It is possible that after a few trading days the market cap falls to half of original valuation so if you want to lock in these profits you would need to sell first thing after trading starts. This may be difficult though depending on how liquid the new stock is. There may be no buyers to sell to at a 35mil market cap. Also Tomagold is valued at 7mil with monster lake assets so the new Toma without these assets may sell off hard on opening down as low as a 1mil market cap. I do think that the market is going to be very interested in the monster exploration company though and most likely it will go up well above the 35mil market cap. Anyone with brains will know that it is a near future buyout candidate and formed only for this reason. I think the whole idea is genius and a great way to unlock buried value. I bought toma for the monster project and nothing else so ill be the first one to sell toma but would like to hang onto monster for the long haul till it is bought out. I'm pretty sure now that IAMGOLD will be part of the financing to keep their 20% stake in the new monster exploration and they will most likely dump all their toma shares driving price way down. It will be interesting to see how this all goes down. I just hope everybody doesnt run for the exits as soon as it opens.
