Something else out of CTV North

This was a few days ago but the site was down. One of the MPs for the northern areas have expressed that the reason for the delay of the smelter announcement is because they want it to coincide with the spring budget which should help remove some red tape for the ROF

Cant find it now but its somewhat good news if they are waiting for the spring budget
