There is no such law that requires a company to return the phone calls/emails of it's shareholders. There may be company bylaws and such, but barring that no legal requirement. Shareholders can always try to vote Rae out at the GM...if there is one. Your scenario about opening your won public company doesnt apply here. This company has been active in research and testing for a number of years. You knew the risks (or should have) before buying any stock. This is BIOTECH. What's happening with iCO is hardly unusual. It's just happening to you...and me...and the others invested. It sucks, to be sure. But there's nothing illegal going on here.
