RE:DYA PATENTS

Thank you for all your excellent posts. In regard to this post about patents...I was told a number of years ago that Patent Pending was sometimes better than actually finalizing it. If you finalize it, all the stuff in the patent becomes public. It is illegal to copy it, but that wouldn't stop lets say the Chinese from doing it. Is it possible that Dynacert is trying to keep the patent process going as long as possible to keep their information from getting stolen?
