RE:RE:RE:RE:48North #1 Stock Pick by TomTheTrader...Sunjam, you can check SEDAR.com, or get brief from below link to Q1 press release. $1.3MM revenue, $606K adjusted EBITDA. Note that Waterhouse - once it shows it, will show (TTM, i.e., th e $1.3MM). For a comparison to LPs with longer revenue history, always convert to Run Rate = $1.3MM 4 = $5.2MM. Also consider that it was the first quarter with revenue, and representative of early production at DelShen facility only - not full indoor capacity for 2019, which also includes Good&Green indoor facility (i.e., it will be higher). Further, capacity needs to be considered relative to market cap when comparing vendors - you can't say "5,000kg indoor is diddly-squat"; please give kg/mkt.cap ratio for the two companies you're comparing and consider online capacity for both companies...or give date for when the other company's funded capacity will become online capacity (saying this because you mention EVE, who has substantial funded capacity - not online - and initially had major delays because the screwed up and got the wrong licence. Would you still trust their management?). Sure, 48North's additional 40,000kg outdoor has some associated risks, but you need to make an assessment of probability. Are you suggesting <50% probability of success (which would be gambling territory). that's not my assessment. personally, i think there's an unreasonable level of worry on the part of some would-be investors. that's understandable for people who may be leveraging, etc., and not able to tolerate any chance of crop issues. that's where people who aren't leveraging, over-intensifying, etc., have an advantage here - those worries have produced an excellent entry point into what i feel (personal opinion only) has a good probability of suceeding probability="" of="" success="" (which="" would="" be="" gambling="" territory).="" that's="" not="" my="" assessment.="" personally,="" i="" think="" there's="" an="" unreasonable="" level="" of="" worry="" on="" the="" part="" of="" some="" would-be="" investors.="" that's="" understandable="" for="" people="" who="" may="" be="" leveraging,="" etc.,="" and="" not="" able="" to="" tolerate="" any="" chance="" of="" crop="" issues.="" that's="" where="" people="" who="" aren't="" leveraging,="" over-intensifying,="" etc.,="" have="" an="" advantage="" here="" -="" those="" worries="" have="" produced="" an="" excellent="" entry="" point="" into="" what="" i="" feel="" (personal="" opinion="" only)="" has="" a="" good="" probability="" of="">
