Production?

Production?Just a few couple of questions:

1- Wasn't the permanent supposed to finish by the end of Q1? Whats the timeline now? 
2- Are they currently producing? I'm assuming they haven't produced anything in 4-5 months
3- Where are the T27 drinks? they are mentioned in each NR but haven't been produced yet
