Not intended to punish those trying to stop shorts, as we are putting sells in at a ridiculous price that won't even show up on the boards.  He was dinged because he was putting up walls of bids and asks in layers making it look like there was action on the table, trying to entice others to make hasty trades based on the appearance of interest in "dead" companies.  Vast difference between what he did and what the anti-short crowd does.
