since you have analysed GRB in detail i suppose you are the Vancouver meeting today to say hello to board members and Jeff.

i hope next week we get update on realblock and Montalva..

Jeff is a hard working business man who will get shareholders happy when realblock is making millions $ net profit and when Montalva deal is approved.

the housing project is starting construction in june when my memory is correct in relationship with PWR.
