Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Predictions after APHA Lawsuit expires the Co will be boughtHey Crazy Toast. The haze around the name Aphria will dissipate. People are stupid, they tend to forgive and forget. I'll give you a few examples: Michael Jackson, Koby Bryant, Tiger Woods, Mike Tyson. Even D.Trump's fiascos will be forgotten one day.

VIC and Cole will walk away as multi-millionaires in this mess, you and I looking for gains here every day. ts best if Aphria part ways with VIC as quickly as possible and try and reshape the company. That Aphria brand name will always be associated with this mess and a buy out or merger is the only way to take on a new identity and rebrand. Aphria have lots of great assets and bring lots of valuable assets to the table for companies like TLRY or CRON if they are interested. -GT Vinny wrote: So do you prefer, Wacky Garlic or Crazy Toast? Take your pick. I hope you are right but I think it is too early for that. ...... As far as the class action lawsuits go; It will be nice not seeing the blood sucking, bottom feeding, ambulance chasers showing up on our 'NEWS' everyday.
