RE:ClarificationYou would receive Alef shares at the going market price. Say for example your Emc shares are trading at $1.20 American at the time of the merger and Alef is trading at $1.74. For each share of Emc you would receive $1.74 x .8377 =$1.4575. You would have gained .2575 cents per share of Emc which would then be converted into Alef shares for $1.74 per share.
