RE:A U.S listed Chinese Tech Company to bid 20% of QTRHIf there was bidding for Wilan's patent package ,this stock should be $5 easily! It does make sense for a Chinese company to own patents to shut down US IP arguments. They could use the patents to block US companies in China. Western companies would have to bid or risk being shut out of China! This could move Qarterhill " Bigly" overnight! Whitey
