Marketing CommunicationsDo they have a Marketing department? If they do, they should reconsider outsourcing. Their site needs to be updated and I would imagine, most of their collateral would probably need the same if its reflective of their site. Technology is definitely the benchmark to it all, the next step is telling the story in a coherent manner that would help position with the different departments it is going after. Basically, the baby isn't ugly, just not well dressed!
