While we may be disappointed in the evaluation of IDM, I doubt that there is anything illegal going on here. I think that pushback is going to hurt the share price more and drag the timeline of the merger out. This will effectively hurt shareholders on both sides and affect the deal negatively. 2019 is going to be a big year for gold. Get on the wagon and let’s maximize and realize the profits in as timely a fashion as possible.jmho
