RE:RE:RE:Good things to come

RE:RE:RE:Good things to comeI strongly disagree that ISH is open to a buy out for the foreseeable future. I say this because I believe they have turned down several early buy out options and instead opted to build a collection of LP owners. Namely Auxly, UP, Tilray and I believe more are coming. Having all or most of the big LPs as partial minority owners opens Spiritleaf to the benefits of direct marketing and multiple supplier relations. Which no other brand is doing!  If you go to an Aurora or Tweed store they will market and sell just their brands (which they have many). At Spiritleaf they will promote all brands with a variety of support not given to other retailers.

I dont believe that Darren or the current early investment owners seek a big cash early buy out. From what I have heard Darren is heavily committed to a long vision and commitment to market domination by committing tireless effort to getting the best spot in every Canadian market. Part of that vision includes him, his businesses, his employees, his family members all committed to a long term plan which does not include them cashing out early. Foreseeable 10 years.

The primary shares are held primarily by 4 LP groups and Bondar & key investors. None of which want to sell. Just my opinion however.

I believe the long term goals of Darren Bondar is to build a nationally identified brand through prime retail locations, store conversions overtime (franchise benefit), significantly important partnerships like High times Magazine and Cannabis Cup events to become the Tim Hortons of weed for anyone over the age of 25. The value of this brand is not appropriately valued by anyone on Stockhouse at the moment. The momentum value of this company is unlike any other retail brand in Canada.

I only invest in Spiritleaf. I invest all my extra cash in Spiritleaf. 600k shares and counting.
