48% Insider Ownership

Well, if I've done my "napkin calculations" correctly, insiders of CSL own a significant stake of the company at approximately 48% with the largest holders being Select Sands with 23,000,000 shares and Greentree Investments holding another 10,400,000.  I only included actual shares and not options and warrants.

 Management also hold significant stakes ranging from a few hundred thousand shares to a few million with Rasool Mohammad holding close to 5 million and Steven Goldman, through various entities, holding over 2 million.  Always a positive sign when management has "skin in the game" and benefits as well from positive developments.
