Looks like a standoff, the shorter needs an uptick in price and volume to short more. 76 doesn't want to provide that opportunity by moving the stock up. If 76 is Van Eck, as of Nov 30th they held more than 10.6M shares and are still in the game. If it's Tocqueville shorting the stock we might be stuck here until the standoff is resolved and their shares find a new home.
