It definitely makes you wonder what they are doing, and if they went away for the winter?
If not, keep us informed!  
Yes...give us an update as to how the transitioning is going, and what's the plan and timeline associated with this process.... and perhaps how your new stable of products are being integrated?  OMG...!  Give us at least some information...!
