CITT Rejects Alion Canada Complaint About Frigate SelectionCITT, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has rejected Alion Canada's complaint about the selection of the BAE Type 26 frigate. The tribunal says that Alion has no standing to file a complaint with them. It seems more likely now that the Type 26 frigate will ultimately be selected. Maxar would have a stake in this for about $1 billion dollars spead out over a number of years.
