Respectfully, why weren’t shareholders made aware of the .25 cent offer. Why was George let go, never replaced,  no pr , no return calls, all looking like done on purpose to drive the price into the ground which bod were very successful at? Money squandered on acquisition of more property to line the pockets of an insider? Everything appears intentional. Like I said many months ago, this should be reported to the regulators? You can call it poor management (stupidity), except none of the players are actually stupid.
