Capacitor Metals Corp. is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

I would like to see $25M raise so they never fall below $10M in the bank again. They are too exposed when they run the balance sheet to nil. It is all about the level of dilution and what
they will give up in order to fund to decision point. A good partner will make sure the scheme is fullytested whereas a cheap partner like a Sprott will not care and will push for them to raise more cash to build it knowing that they will be out of the shares before it ever starts up if the risk is too high. I prefer the long game as an investor.
