Also great point on life of mine. I live in Timmins Ontario. My grandfather came here to work at a mine known as the Dome. Has had numerous owners over the years but about 120 years ago mine life was pegged at 10 years or so!
BTW, when the discovery was made in the now prolific porcupine mine camp it is said that a simple miss step on peat moss scraped clear some quartz uncrusted with gold... The Domes new Century Project will be to level the highly efficient mill (high 90 percentile recovery rate) cuz they’ve discovered 5 Million oz’s underneath it...let the next 100+ years begin...
