RE:RE:RE:delayedA quarter shift in schedule is insignificant. The specific schedule matters more when construction is underway and cashflow is tight. Preliminary work can and should be delayed if there are opportunities to explore. Getting the project scope and finances right is the priority. I guess sand bagging is a better strategy than best estimates for investors with lofty expectations. Good luck.
