RE:Pembina announces polypropylene plant.IPL ahead of the curve so now we will be price fighting for take off agreements with the guy down the street. this will slow down the sigining of long term contracts by IPL.
i suspect this news from Pembina was a partial cause for the increase in shorts for the 1st half of Jan 2019:
