Big Pot

Big PotDoes anyone know anything about this Umbi character from Big Pot?  From what I understand, he works for Evolution bank, but is also the CEO of Big Pot, who is competing with both both LGC and Evolution bank in Europe.  How does that work out in LGC's shareholders favour?  

Anyone have any insights or ideas?
