Level 2 its purely cibc trading back and forth. I don't even think there are real buyers out there. Well on the tsx anyways. The volume on the US exchange must be mostly algos as well. If a broker recommends buying a stock with a 5billion $$ market cap at this stage of the game I would be very surprised.
