HALTS

HALTS are just a harbinger of trouble!  They reflect on management's shortcomings in performing basic reporting or worse.  Halts are dead money, stagnated performance and a strong indicator that management needs to be shaken up or driven out.  For those not in the know, this is a new halt today, Feb 4, 2019.  They did do a monthly report for the CSE so I'm guessing there's some 'splainin' needs doing with IIROC.  There's lots going on with companies that have the same kind of business going on without all of the securities bullchit that I could be steering this investment towards.  Seems to be a lot of rot in this management team.
