RE:Merger? So, flip it around and sunmetals gets the other copper property on strike  for free then a big pp at $0.20(?)  and howdy doody  200m shares out!  

Too soon to value LLC company, tax value, property- market has barely woke up. 
halt trade for a while for sure.
