If you want to get rid of people ignore andre don't reply
I see people arguing with folks who are intentionally slagging SOT. We I see a person posting like they are jerking off to porn while on ecstacy I block them, and never reply to their bait.

If everyone did this these folks would go away. Thay are posting to get attention. Please don't give it to them, because their bullshit makes it harder to get intelligent conversation going.

Has anyone here heard about SOT selling anything else to pay down debt? How much debt reduction would be best? Also, REITs are forced to pay out 90% of taxable income as dividends. How does this influence a realistic cut in distributions, if one is needed?
