Now that it has been dispelled, and the warrants WILL continue trading after the merger and expire at their original expiry prices, it is absolutely UNDERVALUED.
If vote goes through WTs would be over 80 cents at current prices, if vote does not pass, even the current market price should justify 50 cents of fair value.
Look at the tiny volume of warrants that are actually traded daily, soon when investors and bigger money realize this crazy arbitrage opportunity, they will buy hundreds of thousands and shove the price to where it belongs. I am 100% long on these.
