He owns 700,000 shares. Almost no options, and the ones he does are severely out of the money (along with most of the management). 

I will not be throwing away my proxy notice this year. A lot will depend on what happens in the Q4 and Q1 reports. And so far, it does seem like we've turned the corner. 

Yes from what I understand until the SP breaks $2 most holders are not in the money
I imagine once it hits something beyond that number you will see insiders begin selling and depressing the SP somewhat again.
