I’m certain that they knew (proper spelling) of the License timing last week. This would, however, be considered privileged, insider information that cannot be legally acted upon. Did you think this was the Aphria board, that’s their style. The fact that ACB saw fit to include this in their news stream speaks volumes of what ACB thinks of this company.
