Just checked Sedar, CSE and CEO.  No such filing, as far as I can see.

It doesn't matter.  I don't understand this obsession with Warrants.  They're useless to JM unless the company performs.  If JM is rewarding himself with warrants, great.  They do not incur dilution until they are exercised.  Given their uselessness until real value is achieved, he obviously believes that the company has future value.

Why would I concoct a hairbrained conspiracy that not only lies about warrant placement, but is excited to tell retail shareholders how quickly they should sell because JM is somehow milking a company that has no value of it's value?

...Because I'm short and I want your shares.  THAT's why.
