Shareholder Value

Shareholder ValuePlease do not interpret my question as a slag on management but as a guidepost for where retail TSO3 investor sentiment sits presently.

What do you need to see in the coming weeks from this management team to recommend that they stay on going forward?  How much more rope do you think they and the existing BOD deserve and why?  I ask because the AGM is fast approaching and if there are not meaningful improvements being made on the commercialization front then I would suggest my votes would be for change.

Time is not on this teams side.  We are fighting a deteriorating balance sheet and cash balance and a market that continues to grow and evolove with VP4 not really being an impactful product in the marketplace to date.  Who knows when we will see a new technology approved for sale by one of the other major competitors.  We must assume they are working towards this as we speak.

A change is not a personal attack on RR or his team.  Sometimes companies need a change in leadership, strategic direction, culture in order to succeed.

I would like to hear your thoughts.
