RE:Why is the SP going downMy understanding going back to the report on the insider filings is that around 450000 shares have been converted from options, which will cause dilution (I think).
Price goes down, people get pissed off and start selling, price creeps down again.
From my admittedly limited knowledge of how the stock market works, its seems easy for small market cap stocks to swing by 5-10% each day for no real reason.
Until institutional investment takes over that will continue to be the nature of the beast
