No problem on Wall St.or Bay St. to pre-arrange a block trade like that.   Good for the folks running our dual listed royalty company GZZ/RZZ.

As a small public shareholder of GZZ,  IF the insiders were having to liquidate RRZ stock, options,  RSU's, warrants or whatever paper they were holding over time,  in the open market,  it might have knocked RZZ down a bit,  and thus the shares of GZZ too.

Might have given me an opportunity to pick up a few  cheaper GZZ shares  :).
