RE:Two things are happening as far as I can see !!!!Hi Srtman

I partially agree with you - the shares that are being dumped are probably coming from present or past insiders - most retail investors are holding out for better than 10 - 15 cent gains but selling for $1.02 or $ 1.16 makes little difference if you received the shares for nothing - either way you are looking at a 100% gain with no risk.  I differ, however, that it has to be Clement - it may be, but there have bee a number of insiders who have recently sold millions of shares too.

What makes VIVO different from a number of other Cannabis companies is the sheer magnitude of the shares insiders own - well over 50% so if there are insiders who are simply in it for the short term money grab (why else be selling at these levels) then this situation will sadly continue until they have squirrelled away as much as they need/want - probably another 100,000,000 shares or so before the share performance mirrors that of the company.  Until then, it really does NOT matter what the company does or the numbers that come out, the selling will simply overwhelm any additional buyers that come into the market.  You must remember, these folks are not "investors" or "company builders" (if they were there would be little, if any, insider selling at these levels) these are simply entrepreneurs - get-in - get out - get as much as you can for yourself then move on.  In time they will go and we can get on with seeing an appreciation in value.  Until then - either play it for the 20 or so cent swings - probably for the next 6 months, or hold your nose, close your eyes, wait and hope they don't keep giving more and more insiders millions and millions of shares to flood the market.

From a shareholder perspective, this is a pretty poor business plan, from that of an insider...well... it's bloody brilliant. Not noble or honourable, but brilliant.

Sadly

Rusty
