Considering a buy on this one: But concerned with...

Considering a buy on this one: But concerned with...I am considering a buy on this one. But concerned with large amount of shares outstanding. ~ 700 Million. Concerned as more shares get issued to leverage any debt, may be negative going forward. Wanna be optimistic...so any comments? thx!
