The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

as alexia says        "At this point, we are looking for expressions of interest. As we are not in real estate but in the cannabis business, funds from a sale would be deployed in opening up new markets and for much needed expansion initiatives"
