RE:RE:Anyone buying this?
RE:RE:Anyone buying this?I think you’re right about this being a sleeper. After going through the SEDAR filings the big negative I see is the convertible debenture. The large number ~ 18M has built in the fact that they are largely in the money (2.06 conversion price). I don’t think the market likes to see it on the balance sheet and I would think it’d be a big positive to have those converted even with the extra shares coming onto the market (assuming those holders sell).
Outside of that fact, they have a lot of cash and credit to scale up. They already have the largest delivery platform in Cali and are run by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. According to their investor presentations they’re estimating around 20M in Q4 with news coming soon. They’re targeting 200M for 2019. I really believe in this model and while I’m in some MSOs with brick and mortar operations (like TRUL), I’m concerned about how those will scale and whether they will be able to maintain margin. DYME is exactly what I was looking for - A cannabis AND technology company that can expand and scale rapidly at the national level when the time is right. I’m more excited about their B2C delivery platform than I am about their in-house brands. The fact that they already do 45,000 deliveries per month in just the Bay Area is unbelievable.
Don’t want to get too excited because there are definitely risks but I believe this stock is severely undervalued. Forget about the amazing revenue and just look at the platform and their technology assets.
fwiw I’m in and long now
